Amendment of section 31. 39. In section 31 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2), after clause (b), the following clauses shall be inserted, namely:- (c) the terms determined by the Board for settlement of proceedings under sub-section (2) of section 23JA; (d) any other matter which is required to be, or may be, specified by regulations or in respect of which provision is to be made by regulations. .
