Rule 10 - Seniority - Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Members (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1963

10. Seniority:- (1) Seniority of a member shalt be determined in accordance with the date of the list of persons selected for appointment as members made under sub-rule (4) of rule 4. (2) If two or more members are selected by the same list seniority of such members inter se shall be determined in accordance with their ranking in that list.
