In section 50CA of the Income-tax Act, before the Explanation, the following proviso shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2020, namely:- Provided that the provisions of this section shall not apply to any consideration received or accruing as a result of transfer by such class of persons and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed. .
