Section 147 - Commencement of this Part. - FINANCE (NO. 2) ACT, 2019

PART IV AMENDMENT TO THE BANKING COMPANIES (ACQUISITION AND TRANSFER OF UNDERTAKINGS) ACT, 1970 Commencement of this Part. 147. The provisions of this Part shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.

S.O. 2900 - Dated: 9-8-2019 - Indian Law - Central Government appoints the 9th day of August, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of Part IV of Chapter VI of the Finance (No.2) Act, 2019 shall come into force
