PART V AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL INSURANCE BUSINESS (NATIONALISATION) ACT, 1972 Amendment of Act 57 of 1972. 149. In the General Insurance Business (Nationalisation) Act, 1972, in section 16, in sub-section (2), for the words only four companies , the words up to four companies shall be substituted.
