Section 160 - Substitution of section 32. - Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019

Substitution of section 32. 160. For section 32 of the principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely:- Duty of housing finance institution to furnish statements, etc., under this Chapter. 32. Every housing finance institution which is a company shall furnish the statements, information or particulars called for by the National Housing Bank or the Reserve Bank, as the case may be, and shall comply with any direction given to it under the provisions of this Chapter. .
