Section 186 - Amendment of section 10. - Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019

PART X AMENDMENT TO THE CENTRAL ROAD AND INFRASTRUCTURE FUND ACT, 2000 Amendment of section 10. 186. In the Central Road and Infrastructure Fund Act, 2000 (54 of 2000.) (hereafter in this Part referred to as the principal Act), in section 10, in sub-section (1), (a) for clause (iv), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: (iv) formulation of criteria for allocation of funds for development and maintenance of State road projects including the projects of inter-State and economic importance; ; (b) clauses (v) and (vii) shall be omitted.
