Section 30 - Repeal and savings - Aadhaar And Other Laws (Amendment) Act, 2019

Repeal and savings. 30. (1) The Aadhaar and Other Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Ord. 9 of 2019) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act. ---- DR.
