14. Language of the Dispute Resolution Committee. (1) The language of the Dispute Resolution Committee shall be Hindi or English, at the option of the assessee. (2) Where any document is in a language other than English or Hindi, an English translation thereof should also be furnished along therewith. (3) The resolution order and any other order passed by the Dispute Resolution Committee may, at the discretion of the Dispute Resolution Committee, be in Hindi or English.
