Amendment of section 45. 32 . In section 45 of the principal Act, (a) in the marginal heading, for the word offences , the word contraventions shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (1), (i) after the words Without prejudice to the provisions of , the words, brackets and figures sub-section (6) of section 6 and shall be inserted; (ii) for the words punishable with fine , the words liable to a penalty shall be substituted. *********** Notes:- 1.
