Definitions .-In these rules. unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) Act means the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950 (12 of 1950); (b) Committee means the Committee appointed by the Central Government under rule 4; (c) designated officer means an officer designated by the Central Government under rule 3; (d) Schedule means Schedule to the Act
