Contents of order of Compounding Authority . - 12. (1) Every compounding order shall specify the provisions of the Act or the rules or the regulations, directions, requisitions or orders made thereunder in respect of which contravention has taken place along with details of the alleged contravention. (2) Every compounding order shall be dated and signed by the compounding authority under his seal.
