THE COMPETITION COMMISSION OF INDIA NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th day of May, 2011 The Competition Commission of India (Procedure in regard to the transaction of business relating to combinations) Regulations, 2011 (No.3 of 2011) F. No. 1-1/Combination Regulations/2011-12/CD/CCI .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clauses (b), (c) and (f) of sub-section (2) of section 64 read with sub-sections (2) and (5) of section 6 of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Competition Commission of India hereby makes the following regulations, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Competition Commission of India (Procedure in regard to the transaction of business relating to combinations) Regulations, 2011. (2) They shall come into force on 1st day of June, 2011.
