Rule 4 - New Pension Scheme - CCI (Salary, Allowances And Other Terms And Conditions Of Service Of Chairperson And Other Members) Rules, 2003Extract 1 [ 4. New Pension Scheme . - (1) The Chairperson and other Members shall be governed by the provisions of the New Pension Scheme. (2) The New Pension Scheme to the Chairperson and other Members shall be based on pay as prescribed for the Secretary to the Government of India. (3) The Chairperson and the other Members shall not be entitled to additional pension and gratuity for the services rendered in the Commission. ] ************ NOTES:- 1. Substituted vide Notification No. G.S.R 70(E) dated 04-02-2015 before it was read as, 4. Contributory Provident Fund . - (1) The Chairperson and other Members shall be governed by the provisions of the Contributory Provident Fund Rules (India), 1962 and no option to subscribe under the General Provident Fund (Central Services) Rules, 1960 shall be available. (2) No additional pension and gratuity shall be admissible for service rendered in the Commission.
