6. Dearness Allowance and other Allowances. - (1) The Chairperson who is or has been a Judge of the Supreme Court or Chief Justice of a High Court shall receive dearness allowance at the rate admissible to a Judge of the Supreme Court or the Chief Justice of a High Court, as the case may be as per orders issued by the concerned Courts from time to time. (2) The Member shall receive dearness allowance and other allowances at the rates admissible to a Group A Officer of the Central Government drawing an equivalent pay.
