Rule 14 - Accommodation - Competition Appellate Tribunal (Salaries And Allowances And Other Terms And Conditions Of Service Of The Chairperson And Other Members) Rules, 2009

1 [14. Accommodation. - The Chairperson and Members of the Appellate Tribunal shall be entitled for General Pool Residential Accommodation. If they do not avail the accommodation facilities, they shall be entitled for House Rent Allowance as is admissible to Group A officer of the Central Government or State Government drawing an equivalent pay. ] ************* NOTES:- 1 . Substituted vide Notification No. G.S.R. 827 (E) dated 16-11-2009 before it was read as, 14. Accommodation .- The Chairperson and Members of the Appellate Authority shall be entitled for a House Rent Allowance at the rate of 30 per cent of the basic pay, if they stay in Delhi. No house would be hired by the Appellate Authority or allotted by the Government. Outside Delhi, Members and the Chairperson would be entitled to rented unfurnished accommodation as laid down by Department of Personnel and Training from time to time.
