19. Residuary provisions. - Matters relating to the terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson or Member with respect to which no express provision has been made in these rules, 1 [ shall be determined by the rules and orders for the time being applicable to a serving Judge or Chief Justice of a High Court as the case may be in the case of Chairperson and officer drawing an equivalent pay in the Central Government in case of Member ] . ************* NOTES:- 1 .
