10. Pleadings before the Tribunal (1) All appeals, applications, counters, rejoinders, supplemental pleadings or other documents which are required to be filed before the Tribunal, shall be filed as prescribed in sub-rule (5) of Rule 3 of the Rules. (2) Appeal or application as the case may be, shall be accompanied by four copies thereof for the Tribunal s record and such additional number of copies thereof for being served on respondents. (3) No pleadings, subsequent to the reply, shall be presented except by the leave of the Tribunal upon such terms as the Tribunal may think fit.
