CHAPTER VI MISCELLANEOUS 51. Amendment of Act 74 of 1956 (1) In the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956- (a) in section 8, in sub-section (1) and in sub-section (2A), for the words two per cent. , wherever they occur, the words three per cent. shall be substituted; (b) in section 15, in clause (a), for the words two per cent. , the words three per cent. shall be substituted. (2) The amendments by sub-section (1) made in the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 shall take effect on and from the 1st day of July, 1966.
