CHAPTER VII FOREIGN TRAVEL TAX 43. Extent and commencement (1) The provisions of this Chapter extend to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir. (2) They shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. ************ Note :- 1.
