CHAPTER IV INDIRECT TAXES Customs 34. Amendment of Act 51 of 1975. The Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (hereinafter referred to as the Customs Tariff Act), (a) shall be amended in the manner specified in the Second Schedule; and (b) shall, with effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, be also amended in the manner specified in the Third Schedule.
