Wealth-tax 51. Amendment of section 2 In section 2 of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957 (27 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the Wealth-tax Act), in clause (ob), for the word and figures section 16 , the words, brackets and figures sub-section (3) or sub-section (5) of section 16 shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1989.
