Amendment of Article 190 . 4. In Article 190 of the Constitution, in sub-clause ( a ) of clause (3), for the words, brackets and figures clause (1) of Article 191 , the words, brackets and figures clause (1) or clause (2) of Article 191 shall be substituted . ****************** NOTES:- 1 . Shall come into force w.e.f. 1st day of March, 1985 , vide G.S.R. 131(E), dated 1-3-1985.
