Amendment of the Fifth Schedule . 3. In the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution, in paragraph 1, for the words and Meghalaya , the words , Meghalaya and Tripura shall be substituted . ***************** NOTES:- 1 . Shall come into force w.e.f. 1st day of April,1985 , vide S.O. 184(E), dated 11-3-1985.
