Amendment of Article 217 . 4. In Article 217 of the Constitution, ( a ) in clause (1), for the words sixty years , the words sixty-two years shall be substituted ; ( b ) after clause (2), the following clause shall be inserted and shall be deemed always to have been inserted, namely: (3) If any question arises as to the age of a Judge of a High Court, the question shall be decided by the President after consultation with the Chief Justice of India and the decision of the President shall be final. .
