Amendment of Article 227 . 31. In Article 227 of the Constitution, ( a ) for clause (1), the following clause shall be substituted , namely: (1) Every High Court shall have superintendence over all courts and tribunals throughout the territories in relation to which it exercises jurisdiction. ; ( b ) clause (5) shall be omitted . ******************** NOTES:- 1.
