Insertion of new Chapter IV in Part XII . 34. In Part XII of the Constitution, after Chapter III, the following Chapter shall be inserted , namely: CHAPTER IV. RIGHT TO PROPETY Persons not to be deprived of property save by authority of law. 300-A. No person shall be deprived of his property save by authority of law. . ****************** NOTES:- 1.
