THE CONSTITUTION (TWENTY-THIRD AMENDMENT) ACT, 1969 [23rd January, 1970.] An Act further to amend the Constitution of India. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twentieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title . This Act may be called the Constitution (Twenty-third Amendment) Act, 1969.
