Amendment of Article 31-C . 4. In Article 31-C of the Constitution, for the words, brackets, letters and figures the principles specified in clause ( b ) or clause ( c ) of Article 39 , the words and figures all or any of the principles laid down in Part IV shall be substituted . *************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force, w.e.f. 3rd day of January 1977 vide G.S.R. 2(E), dated 3-1-1977.
