Amendment of Article 102 . 19. In Article 102 of the Constitution for sub-clause ( a ) of clause (1), the following sub-clause shall be substituted , namely: ( a ) if he holds any such office of profit under the Government of India or the Government of any State as is declared by Parliament by law to disqualify its holder; .
