SCH-06 - Sixth Schedule - Finance (No. 2) Act, 1998

THE SIXTH SCHEDULE (See section 114) In the Schedule to the Additional Duties of Excise (Textiles and Textile Articles) Act, against S. No. 2, for the entry in column (2), the following shall be substituted, namely:- Wool, that is to say, all goods falling within Chapter 51, other than fabrics of heading Nos. 51.10, 51.11 and 51.12 .
