6. Repeal and saving. (1) The Taxation Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 1967 (5 of 1967), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under any provision of the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provision of this Act as if such provision was m force on the date on which such thing was done or action taken.
