CHAPTER V AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPANIES (PROFITS) SURTAX ACT, 1964 72. Amendment of section 12. In section 12 of the Companies (Profits) Surtax Act, 1964 (7 of 1964) [hereinafter referred to as the Companies (Profits) Surtax Act], in sub-section (6), for the words a fee of one hundred rupees , the words a fee of one hundred and twenty-five rupees shall be substituted.
