130. Amendment of Section 5. In section 5 of the Wealth-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of April, 1988,- (i) in sub-section (1), after clause (xxiv), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :- (xxiva) units of a Mutual Fund specified under clause (23D) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act; ; (ii) in sub-section (1A), after the brackets and figures (xxiv) , the brackets, figures and letter (xxiva) shall be inserted.
