15. Amendment of section 280F. In section 280F of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (3), (i) after the words of the financial year, , the words, figures and letter tax is paid by the depositor under section 140A, or shall be inserted; (ii) for the words determined under the regular assessment or the provisional assessment aforesaid , the following shall be substituted, namely: on which tax has been paid under section 140A or in respect of which the regular assessment or the provisional assessment aforesaid has been made, .
