Amendment of section 46 7. In section 46 of the principal Act , in sub-section (1), for the words issued under the common seal of the company , the words issued under the common seal, if any, of the company or signed by two directors or by a director and the Company Secretary, wherever the company has appointed a Company Secretary shall be substituted.
