Amendment of section 177 14. In section 177 of the principal Act , in sub-section (4), in clause (iv), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- Provided that the Audit Committee may make omnibus approval for related party transactions proposed to be entered into by the company subject to such conditions as may be prescribed; .
