8. Form of appeals to 1 Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals) (1) An appeal under section 85 of the Act to the 1 Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals) shall be in Form ST-4 . (2) The appeal shall be filed in duplicate and shall be accompanied by a copy of order appealed against. -------------------------- Note : 1. For the words " Collector of Central Excise (Appeals)" , at both places where they occur, the words "Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals)" has been substituted vide Notification No. 4/95 ST dated 28/6/95
