THE THIRD SCHEDULE [See section 114 (ii)] In the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, for heading Nos. 11 and 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following heading nos. and entries shall be substituted, namely:- Heading No. Description of article Rate of duty (1) (2) (3) "11. Iron ores and concentrates, all sorts Rs. 300 per tonne 12. Chromium ores and concentrates, all sorts Rs. 2000 per tonne".
