Section 46 - Identity Card - Special Economic Zones Act, 2005

Identity Card. 46. Every person, whether employed or residing or required to be present in a Special Economic Zone, shall be provided an identity card by every Development Commissioner of such Special Economic Zone, in such form and containing such particulars as may be prescribed. **************** NOTES:- 1.
