Section 51 - Act to Have Overriding Effect - Special Economic Zones Act, 2005Extract Act to Have Overriding Effect 51. (1) The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any law other than this Act. **************** NOTES:- 1. Shall came into force, w.e.f. 10th day of February, 2006 vide Notification No. S.O. 196(E) dated 10-02-2006.
