Definitions:- 2. In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) Act means the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 (49 of 1976) ; (b) words and expressions used in these regulations and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
