130. Amendment of section 3A. In section 3A of the Customs Tariff Act, in sub-section (2), in clause (ii), for the words, brackets and figure "but not including the special additional duty referred to in sub-section (1); and", the following shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted retrospectively on and from the 1st day of March, 2002, namely :- "but does not include- (a) the safeguard duty referred to in sections 8B and 8C; (b) the countervailing duty referred to in section 9; (c) the anti-dumping duty referred to in section 9A; (d) the special additional duty referred to in sub-section (1); and".
