Waiver of pre-deposit - Renting of Immovable Property - Following the judicial discipline and consistency as directed in previous cases of municipal corporations and also keeping in view the principle laid down by the Apex court this appellant is directed to make a further deposit of Rs. 40, 00, 000/- (Rupees forty lakhs only) subject to verification of Rs. 51 lakhs said to have been deposited - stay granted partly.
