2021 (12) TMI 1304 - HC - GSTHearing of the matter - HELD THAT - Matter is adjourned to 15.12.2021. In the meantime the petitioner without prejudice to his rights shall deposit sum of Rs. 20, 00, 000/-(Rupees Twenty Lakhs) with the concerned authority. Necessary instructions be obtained by learned Assistant Government Pleader on the next adjourned date.
