Maintainability of appeal - HELD THAT - When the issue in question is sub-judice before this Tribunal as well as Appellate Tribunal IA No. 445 of 2020 cannot be decided in isolation and thus we are inclined to take up this IA along with main CP when the Appeals are decided. The Interim orders passed on 22.12.2020 in IA No 445 of 20 are hereby extended until further orders. Post CP and IA on 05.02.2021 for final hearing.
