2009 (7) TMI 1379 - SC - Indian LawsExtract: .......ntioned reasons, we are of the opinion that the learned trial judge as also of the High Court were not correct in opining that Dinesh would be a coparcener and the appellants would inherit only 1/10th share in the said properties. The shares of the plaintiffs would be 1/3 rd therein. These appeals are allowed but in the circumstances with no costs.
