CIRCULAR NO. 1/6/88-CL-V, DATED 18-10-1994 Subject:- Clarification regarding amendment in Companies (Particulars of Employees) Rules, 1975 I am directed to say that Companies (Particulars of Employees) Rules, 1975 have been amended increasing the limit of Rs. 12,000 per month to Rs. 25,000 per month for showing the names and particulars of the employees in a statement included in the Board's Report under section 217(2A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
