Extension of last date for abolition of ECOM password based system GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE POLICY CIR NO. 13/2004-09, Dt. 31/12/2004 ECOM password based system was come to an end on 31.12.2004.
