Non requirement of security at the time of registration in case of Kerosene License Holder Kerosene Oil Dealers GOVERNMENT OF NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI DEPARTMENT OF TRADE TAXES (POLICY-III BRANCH) BIKRIKAR BHAWAN, I.P. ESTATE, NEW DELHI CIRCULAR No. 35 of 2005-06 Dated: 13-10-2005 Sub.: Non requirement of security at the time of registration in case of Kerosene License Holder Kerosene Oil Dealers. Exemptions were granted to various Government organizations, Government Undertakings, DSUs, etc. from levy of sales tax by the Government of NCT of Delhi under Rule 11 of the Delhi Sales Tax Act, 1975. The Commissioner Value Added Tax has withdrawn the condition of security in respect of registration of the above-mentioned bodies under the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, also vide the Circular No. 01 of 2005-06, issued on 26.04.2005. Now, in exercise of powers conferred upon him under sub-section (2) of section 25 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, the Commissioner (Value Added Tax) hereby withdraws the condition of furnishing of security, as required under clause (a) of sub-section of Section 25 of the said Act, in respect of the Kerosene Oil Dealers of Delhi who are holders of Kerosene License from the Department of Food Supplies and Consumer Affairs of the Government of NCT of Delhi.
